I swear to god, New Zealand has the worst mental health system ever.
So i had my meeting today, and i just got told about a group they have set up, a little while ago where there is about 5-7 people, who sit around and learn life skills and blah blah. Its called DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy).
Im actually looking forward to this, as well as being a little nervous.
Anxiety was not too bad today, thank fuck.
Im tired though and now feeling sick.. Bleh..
